This paper summarizes the data gathered and analyzed from a survey ofregulatory agencies in the United States of America and the province of Ontario,Canada. The goal of this survey was to determine the current state of regulatoryprocedures and to complete a spreadsheet of current contact names, addresses,telephone numbers, and email addresses of the primary contact in each agency forlow pressure membrane systems. The paper details the questions posed inthe survey, general trends, and provides details on the survey responses. Includes figures.
