This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of a phased expansion plan for the Yuba City water treatment plant. Alternatives for plant expansion are presented, and an upgrade of the existing Flocculation/Sedimentation basins was selected that included anexpansion with submerged membranes.
