The Oak Park/North Ranch Recycled Water System failures are presented, along with site review and 2006 failure examination, design replication, development of a test program, lab test results, PVC pipe constituents, review of the recycled water system'soperational history, investigation of similar failures, results of investigations, slow crack growth, pressure rating of PVC transmission pipe, hydrostatic design basis, and Calleguas MWD's experience with PVC pipe.
